The 1-of-1 Dodge Challenger SRT^® Demon 170 being auctioned for charity went across the block on Friday at Barrett-Jackson Las Vegas. The SRT Demon 170 allocation was donated by Alan Potamkin, President of the Kristi House board and Co-Chairman of Potamkin Automotive Group, and the cause got the attention of an A-list actress. Nicole Kidman and husband, musician Keith Urban, were at the auction Thursday and Kidman was happy to return Friday when she heard about the charity vehicle. She told the bidders and growing crowd, “I was here with my husband yesterday, and I heard about the car… and I said, ‘Can I please come back and try to get extra money — extra money! — for Kristi House, because they do extraordinary work.’” Kidman took the stage alongside Kristi House CEO Amanda Altman and also threw in four tickets to one of her husband’s local residency shows. The 1-of-1 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 170 went across the auction block this weekend and, with the help of Nicole Kidman, raised an impressive $700,000 for Kristi House.
