This 1963 Dodge Polara Hardtop Coupe has certainly seen better days, i.e., when it was revered as a top-of-the-line vehicle during its time. Sadly, not all vehicles were treated as such and some inevitably ended up in the junkyard. But as we all know, every junkyard has some gems if you look hard enough.
