To some, if it’s not outrageous, it’s not fun! And we believe Mike Finnegan to be one of those people if for no other reason than his most recent build. He put a 2JZ GTE in a 1968 Dodge Charger (we know, we know) and it’s just one of those mods that you have to see to believe.
