Happy Birthday, Viper!

The first orders of the Dodge Viper shipped out in 1992, making the model 30 years old this year! Intended to be a modernized Cobra, the Viper was crafted for performance from the very beginning. Impressively, during its initial production run, the Viper did 0-60 in just about 4 seconds! You know the one we’re talking about – with the exhaust pipes on the side (ouch). A handful of upgrades went into the second generation available 1996-2002, and the GTS model was released around that same time. During the Viper’s 25-year run, it went through all sorts of changes in the design and under the hood, some more obvious than others. It might be time to brush up on your Viper history.
