“I’m Living a Dream That I Didn’t Even Know I had.”

In 2019, we featured Lindsay Wheelock in a Weekend Warriors video. We’d spotted her at the drag strip in a 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT^® Demon and were surprised to find out it was her very first time competing. Turns out her husband, Dustin, had signed her up for the NMCA HEMI^® Shootout without her knowing and the SRT Demon was on loan from her father. Three years later, Wheelock is in a 2021 Dodge Challenger Drag Pak and has made quite a name for herself. Wheelock, a full-time dental hygienist and mom of three, competes throughout the year and nationwide in the Factory Stock class.
