When Dodge began introducing the Last Call limited-edition models back in August, brand boss Tim Kuniskis stated that those unique vehicles would not be available for ordering. Instead, they would be built at an unspecified time and sent to pre-selected dealerships, almost in “sneaker drop” fashion. Once they have reached dealerships, customers would be able to buy these special Challenger and Charger models on a first come, first served basis. The brand has also said that those folks looking to buy one of the Last Call special-edition models will be able to check for vehicle availability on the Horsepower Locator, but members of the Brotherhood of Muscle wanted to know which dealerships will get these cars.

Today, we have information from Dodge detailing how the allocation figures were determined, along with the pricing for each of the special-edition Last Call Challenger and Charger packages.

Special Edition Allocation Breakdown

As was expected, allocation of the limited special-edition Dodge Last Call models will be based on historic Challenger and Charger sales volume, with the top 500 dealerships in the United States getting to sell these special-edition vehicles.

Those 500 dealerships were then split into three groups – the top 200, 201-300 and 301-500. In other words, the 200 Dodge dealerships that sold the most Challengers and Chargers are in the first group, the dealers that ranked 201-300 in Challenger and Charger sales are in the second group and the dealerships that ranked 301 through 500 in muscle car sales make up the third group.

Dealerships in the Top 200 group will each get a total of 12 Last Call special-edition models. Dealers in the 201-300 group will each get 10 of the special-edition cars and the 301-500 dealers will each get 6 of the limited-edition muscle cars. Below is a breakdown of each car, the dealership allocation plans for each and the pricing for the models that have currently been introduced – with the seventh and final Last Call special-edition model coming at a later date.

Challenger Shakedown

Dodge will build 1,000 examples of the Challenger Shakedown. Of those, 500 will be based on the Scat Pack Widebody with the 6-speed manual transmission and painted black while the other 500 will be narrowbody Scat Pack models with the 8-speed automatic in Destroyer Gray.

Each of the 500 dealers will get one of each of the Challenger Shakedown models.

The Dodge Challenger Shakedown has an MSRP starting at $63,590 for the narrowbody and $67,490 for the Widebody.

Charger Super Bee

Dodge will build 1,000 examples of the Charger Super Bee. Of those, 500 will be based on the Scat Pack Widebody and painted Plum Crazy, while the other 500 will be Scat Pack narrowbody models painted B5 Blue – all of which come with the standard 8-speed automatic transmission.

Each of the 500 dealers in the program will get one of each of the Charger Super Bee models.

The Dodge Charger Super Bee has an MSRP starting at $61,805 for narrowbody models and $67,300 for Widebody models.

Challenger Swinger

Dodge will build 1,000 examples of the Challenger Swinger, all of which are based on the R/T Scat Pack Widebody. Of those, 500 will be painted F8 Green and come with the 8-speed automatic transmission, 300 with be painted White and come with the 8-speed automatic transmission and 200 will be painted Sublime and come with the 6-speed manual transmission.

Each of the top 200 dealers will get one of each color of the Challenger Swinger. The dealerships in the 201-300 group will each get one F8 Challenger Swinger and one White Challenger Swinger and each dealership in the 301-500 group will get one F8 Green Challenger Swinger.

The Dodge Challenger Swinger has an MSRP starting at $66,190.

Charger Swinger

Dodge will build 1,000 examples of the Charger Swinger and they will all be based on R/T Scat Pack Widebody models with the standard 8-speed automatic transmission. Of those, 500 will be F8 Green, 300 will be White and 200 will be Sublime.

Each of the dealerships in the top 200 group will get one of each of the color configurations of the Charger Swinger. Dealers in the 201-300 group will each get one Charger Swinger in White and one in F8 Green, while the 301-500 group dealerships will each get one in F8 Green.

The Dodge Charger Swinger has an MSRP starting at $69,690.

Challenger Black Ghost

Dodge will build 300 examples of the Challenger Black Ghost and they will all be based on the SRT^® Hellcat Redeye Widebody with the standard 8-speed automatic transmission.

Every dealership in the top 200 group and the 201-300 group will each get one of these muscle cars inspired by a Detroit street racing legend. Dealers in the 301-500 group will not receive one of these models.

The Dodge Challenger Black Ghost has an MSRP starting at $99,315.

Charger King Daytona

Dodge will build 300 examples of the Charger King Daytona and they will all be based on the SRT Hellcat Redeye Widebody in Go Mango with the standard 8-speed automatic transmission.

Every dealership in the top 200 group and those dealers in the 201-300 group will each get a supercharged sedan based on the legendary Los Angeles area street racer. Dealers in the 301-500 group will not receive one of these models.

The Dodge Charger King Daytona has an MSRP starting at $99,420.

We still don’t know when Dodge will begin building and shipping these special-edition models, but if you have your heart set on one, you should keep an eye on the DodgeGarage Horsepower Locator, where they will be displayed alongside the rest of the 2023 Challenger and Charger allocation numbers.
