This Dodge Royal convertible pace car was the official pace car of the Indianapolis 500 held on Memorial Day Weekend in 1954. This car is powered by a 241ci Red Ram HEMI® V8 engine outfitted with a Carter AFB 4-barrel carburetor on an Offenhauser intake manifold, a factory-cataloged dealer-installed option, mated to a Powerflite automatic transmission. This pace car was given a full restoration by its previous owner.

This custom black 1973 Dodge Challenger has been upgraded with a 360ci V8 engine featuring a Mopar® aluminum high-rise intake manifold, Holley dual feed 4-barrel carburetor, Mopar Magnum finned aluminum valve covers and Jet-Hot coated steel tubing exhaust headers. The engine is mated to a TorqueFlite® 3-speed automatic transmission with a custom pistol-grip shifter. This Challenger has 13,200 actual miles (the title reads exceeds mechanical limits). It also features power steering, 4-wheel power disc brakes and an aluminum crossflow radiator. The black interior has custom bucket seats, floor-mounted console, SunPro Supertach 8,000 rpm tachometer, AutoMeter water temperature gauge and a Pioneer AM/FM/CD player with rear shelf-mounted speakers. This Mopar vehicle rides on 17-inch front and 18-inch rear Budnik 5-spoke aluminum alloy wheels with Falken blackwall radial tires.

In 2008, Mopar delighted speed lovers by producing the first of two prototype V8 Dodge Challenger Drag Paks. These were the first factory-prepped cars in 40 years to be specifically geared for drag racing. The return of the Drag Pak car was a hit among racers, and the 2009 program saw a sellout of all 100 factory-built vehicles. This example is #011. This car has undergone a meticulous build with the best available parts. Power comes from a Ray Barton 6.4-liter 660hp race HEMI engine with a 10.49 compression ratio and an AEM Infinity programmable engine management system backed by a 904 3-speed automatic transmission with Cheetah 3-speed shifter with line lock and ATI 8-inch 6,300 RPM stall torque converter.
