Mike Copeland brings a new creation to the SEMA show each year and, once again, he did not disappoint. He rolled up to the event space with this 1984 Mopar® Rampage with a Mid-Engine 392 HEMI®. Picked up from an elderly lady across the country and with no more than a 10-week build time, this Dodge went through a full transformation.
